Totally drained
uI learned something valuable last night. "Never do basketball and boxing at the same night".
I played basketball with my officemates last night in Guadalupe. I had my usual warm-ups and stretching prior to the game. After that, I had my regular kickboxing class. I’m stressed out from my job so I really put some extra forces on my punches. It literally zapped my energy to the danger level. Then it came to the point that my eyes are already shutting down. I feel my muscles trembled and my arms getting numb. I started seeing black dots (I wished they were sagos). This is a bad sign. I wondered if I will reach home in one piece. Then paranoia crept in. "Will I collapse along the way?"
I guess, I overdid it . Now my arms are sore and I can’t walk straight. Darn it. Maybe I should take a leave. But I’m already in the office and I have a bundle of work to accomplish.
Ala lang share ko lang… Baka may makaunawa at damayan ako… ehehehehehe
Ouch…

dont stressed yourself too much… hindi lang sarili mo ang nahihirapan it also includes the people who care for you. if you’re emotionally or psychologically troubled… fine! do something purposeful but not to the extent na bugbog ang sarili mo sa pagod.
