The Life Cake

Hmmm, just woke up from a well deserved sleep. Can’t imagine I need to do OT last night just to
cope up with the gazillion load of work(i’m just exagerating). I’m not sure if i have to file it as OT
because we are currently doing cost-cutting. Yep, Globe is cost-cutting (ayoko na humirit at baka mapulis pa ko).

For today, I have to finish our raket in UP with Hebs. It’s been long overdue since January and I’m already irritated with the non-stop follow-ups. I do this because I need to re-sharpen my skills (developer heart I say) and I feel i’m already rusty for programming. I admit it, in my job I don’t do what my passion really is. I’m stuck doing minor trouble-shooting and mini-scripts.Ala lang, I feel I really want to return to my developer’s world.

I’m a geek programmer. I love designing and implementing systems. I want to be updated in the latest trends in programming. But until today, it is suppressed. I envy those who design and took off with this skill. It won’t be long till I’ll be back in this field again. 5 months… 5 enduring months… Once again, I know, glorious days will come…
